Cold food that had obviously not touched a cooking appliance and raw prawns. Called the restaurant to let them know and asked for a replacement meal they said no it's ok and to just put it in the microwave! I put my thermometer in the middle of the cannalioni and it read 32 degrees so will be contacting the health department, I'm a chef by trade and this is just embarrassing. Expecting to pour hot sauce on something straight out of the fridge and thinking it would be hot is something that even the newest hospitality staff member knows will go wrong. Avoid like the plague unless you want food poisoning.

They refused to deliver my food, then confirmed the order after I had asked them not to forcing me to chase through Menulog to get my money back. Meant to be a nice dinner before a long night shift, ended up going in hungry.

Received our food cold, called to complain and the cook denied and argued with me, saying there was no way the food would be cold if i was less then 5 minutes down the road. I am baker by trade, i’m not stupid and i would not call to complain unless the food was actually cold and chicken is dangerous to health if it’s not cooked properly! He said he would cook it for me if i came to pick it up, the fault was theirs so i would have expected them to refund the money or offer a gift card for next time. Not make me go there to make sure they don’t stuff it up when it should have been fine the first time! Horrible service.
