Warning! Online ordering a joke. The item was in stock, delivery 1 week. We ordered and paid. Great or so we thought. Then we got a email 3 days later, item out of stock, delivery in 4 days. That was 4 weeks ago. And now we just got a email informing us that dispatch would be in, wait for it... 10 weeks. All the while the item shows to be in stock.
Very friendly staff and helpful Simone serviced us and gave us all the information we need. She is very good at her job.
Friendly knowledgeable staff with an excellent selection of products for hiking and camping. I thought that they may be more expensive because of the personalised service but they ended up substantially cheaper than BCF and Anaconda when I compared prices. Well done!
