Mainlinen have been fantastic. We have had sheets, pillows and blankets for over a year and they are still going strong. The service at the outlet is friendly and the staff are very knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions on my linen needs. Thanks to all the staff.

Can't count on their signage or website hours. It all says they're open until 4.30 but I was here just before 4pm and the place is shut.
5 Stars for excellent customer service - I dealt with Teighan she was incredibly courteous, patient and has got great product knowledge. I bought a king size sheet set of the Vintage Washed 100% cotton sheets - in coal. They have not been off the bed other than to wash since purchasing then. The sheets are truly luxurious and reasonably priced at under 100. My partner commented "its like sleeping in linen without the creases" Do yourself a favour and make a purchase today. This is not the only product I have purchased from main linen over the years. I have had cushions made for my white leather lounge - I was able to pick the fabric myself and have them made by main linen being able to customize my accessories all at reasonable pricing is fabulous and rare.
This linen is a case of you get what you pay for. I purchased linen to fully fit out an Airbnb apartment. The doonas, blankets, flat and fitted sheets were good. The mattress protectors, towels, pillows and striped sheets did not last, had to be replaced in less than 12 months. I gave a 1 star rating due to the customer service, I returned an item that was faulty and was yelled at and accused of lying about how I has washed the item.
Exceptional quality products, matched only by the unbeatable customer service. All in all a fantastic experience.
Wow what a wealth of experience this company has to offer. I have been looking at buying cushions for our outdoor table setting. Teighan has far exceeded the standard customers service I expect. Teighan sent me links to the Warwick fabric to browse via email- then when we had narrowed down our selection Teighan organised sample swatches for us -- all within a very short period of time. Allowing us to take the swatches home with us and match up with the table and chairs. It has been an incredibly joyful journey -- I can highly recommend this business for all your linen needs.
I buy nearly all my household linen from them and they are always very professional and helpful. Their prices are great and their opening hours are good as I have time after work to get there. Good on you mainlinen......keep up the good work.
