I’ve been using the gym and group fitness facilities at Aquamotion for over 5 years now. It’s a great gym with a community feel. There’s a great camaraderie in the group fitness classes and the instructors are always friendly, fun and energetic. I saw some negative reviews on here about the reception staff. Emma has worked on both reception as well as leading spin classes class - in my experience she has always been friendly, warm, helpful and welcoming on reception. In classes she is professional, fun and high energy!

Price for entry is good, lovely outside pool and kids sprinkler area. Inside pools are a bit small can warm.
I'm 6 weeks post op. The staff are fantastic at assisting me with the electric pool / spa chair. They're all so helpful a n f friendly.
It's okay great for kids as theirs a decent size pool that's not even 1 metre deep. Great deep outdoor pool for the adults or kids that are great swimmers. Also theirs a sprinkler playground which my kids loved but I feel little kids would love most. All in all an okay place to swim considering theirs only 3 pools.
Reception staff are always hit and miss. Today - miss! Totally unfriendly at desk and then when I returned home I had to phone up- no answer, called 5 separate times over 2 hours! Then the phone was taken off the hook so no more calls could even ring through! Absolute disgrace! At least put it on a voicemail? Or ask someone to take calls if actually busy?! What if there was an emergency for goodness sake!?! Such lazy terrible staff and unbelievable that the manager has not sorted this out by now. It’s a running joke with all the other people I see there ....who’s on today at reception? Sort it out.

Just saw a similar review to what I was going to put. I also struggle with a couple of the reception staff. I tried to call up the other day to change a class from around 7am till around midday and at first no answer then phone obviously was taken off hook very childish behaviour and agree very lazy. Found out the staff member on was ‘Emma’ (think she also runs a gym class during week?)....really needs to work on her customer service skills / acting friendly skills, and now in addition answering phone instead of ignoring it!
