The customer relations is great, no issues on mechanical service. If there's one thing which needs improvement would be the car wash service. The wash and vacuum is complementary i get it, but to get a 5 the overall experience counts.
I've been dealing with the service team at Subaru Wangara now for a couple of years and I have always found them extremely honest, friendly and very knowledgeable. The team of advisors are talented I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends. Good work team!
Absolutely wonderful experience!!!! Brought my vehicle in for a service and was greeted with a friendly staff member Tayla, was offered a coffee before I left and was called prompt as soon as my car was ready! Very friendly, helpful staff, excellent atmosphere
