Great outfit, community-minded. The Zen Do Kai form of martial arts is great for all-round self-defence and instilling confidence. I highly recommend this Dojo.

I have recently started at Spear Dojo with my 4 year old sun and from the first free trial session my son and i were so impressed with the instructors and the general vibe, friendly family environment, that made us feel very comfortable and welcom. Since then we have signed for 6 months and have not missed a class. My son loves it so much he can’t wait until Saturday morning. We have also seen a change in my son with his listen and discipline behaviour at home and school. I couldn’t recommend it enough!

Enrolling my boys at Spear Do Jo has been the best decision I have made for them. We have been attending for over eight years and the boys love it. The life skills that the boys are learning are invaluable. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The instructors are amazing role models and are highly experienced. Our son has attended Spear Dojo for more than five years, focusing on Zen Do Kai. As parents, we couldn't be more pleased with the personal and professional development provided to Spear Dojo students. Each student is treated as an individual, with their strengths and growth areas nurtured to bring out the best in everyone. Our son has learned discipline, commitment, responsibility, confidence and hard work, within an environment of respect and caring. Progressing through his belts has brought a great sense of achievement, motivating him to work hard to continue even higher. We couldn't recommend Spear Dojo more highly.

I’ve trained both zen do Kai and Muay Thai for almost 8 years and I recently changed to spear dojo and I absolutely love training there! My technique has improved tremendously thanks to the finer attention to detail from the instructors and I have made quite a few friends as well while training. Overall an amazing and enjoyable place to train

An amazing family run Dojo, communication is excellent. They make every kid feel unique, which is very rare these days. My son had serious bullying issues in school and was extremely anxious about starting any martial arts classes. He started Spear's MMA classes 6 months ago and we've seen a huge difference in him already. Highly recommended :)

What a great place to train!! It is a family affair for us, the kids have been part of the club for many years and we find all the instructors excellent. They have taught our children some great skills beyond self-defense, such as focus, discipline and perseverance. The adult classes are also highly recommended!! Definitely 5 Stars!!
