5 trips to pick up an air rifle after purchase. After 2 trips asked for my money back. They said OK, but failed to put it back into my account (good thing I checked). Eventually got the air rifle (Benjamin .177) - after 3 pellets trigger failed, due for multiple further trips. Frustrating when you spend more time and effort trying to overcome poor communication, customer service and a "can't be arsed" attitude.
