As an owner seeking a site report to assist with builders quotes for a new build I would recommend Prompt. Their report is high quality and recognised by builders. The turn around time was under what was estimated. Very happy with the service.
I hired this company after they did a small job which went fine and was so disappointed the second time around. The second job we were given drawings that had not taken into account the retaining walls that the property already had along with an assumption we were putting the pool in prior to construction which was not the case at all therefore there was not appropriate footings in place. They had even given us details for a footing which were based on a retaining wall that didn't even exist even though they had done a site inspection of all existing retaining walls. Lucky my designer picked it up otherwise we would have ended up in our neighbours property. After going back to them with my concerns about some of the details the Engineer wanted to charge me for the changes. I copied in one of the managers to explain the situation and even after that email and 2 calls absolutely NO ONE bothered to call me back. I would not recommend this company at all.
Very Friendly services and care. Professional competence. I got a free quote before proceeding which has a full list of the scope of work, making me comfortable of going ahead knowing there won't be unreasonable extra charge. Definitely recommend!
I recently engaged Prompt Engineering to complete Structural engineering on an extension. I have used other engineering companies before however, their service and attention to detail to not come close to that of Prompt. They were always happy to help with any queries that I had. I will be using them in the future and would recommend them to others.

Sadly, their business name is a misnomer. We waited patiently, provided all the requested documents, and even had to take the initiative to call at least 7 times over a month to follow up on our case, and each time we were promised either a return call or email. We received neither. I’m guessing our job was too small for them to bother. I would recommend seeking another company if you don’t want to waste your time.
Great job, has done Geotech just 1 day after email them and the report come out in 2 weeks time
