Firstly, it was great n very convenient to deal with local businesses, where you see person from beginning of patio process, council approval to finalize project.. Tony is a great guy, who helped us to choose specific design, colour for both patios, 60 sqm Gable and 20 sqm, flat patio.. price are very competitive as had a six quotes and Tony’ s quote was quite competitive without compromising quality and style.. Brian and Tony dine fantastic job to build our patios..Thank you Brian for awesome work.. Thank you Tony, Brian , Lily and Suzy.. highly recommend this local people to anyone who need beautiful patios.. Bipin

Having a second Patio/carport built by Patio plus. They meet your needs and the quality of work is very high.
Patios Plus installed a beautiful custom-designed gazebo for me. Their staff were extremely helpful and their service delivery was excellent.
The Patio Plus website and facebook page states patios pergolas and carports this isnt the case as once they finished they told me that they done work with wood. At first they told me that it would be fine and they could do the job no problems. They were the most impressive and knowledgeable company that i had come out to quote and the most expensive. I thought well im happy to pay the little extra if this is the service they provide. Unfortunately once the job started the rudeness and disrespect i had from the worker was unbelievable. Constantly complaining about the job and how hard it was, laughing at what a stupid idea it was to do it and that i should of gone for a different plan. Then once the job was finished to his poor standards i was left to recall the manager to fix the job properly. Gutters weren't attached to the existing gutter, downpipe was installed 1 meter off the floor, painting wasnt finished, holes weren't filled ect. What made the whole situation worse was that i was holding my 7month old baby at the time the worker came back to fix it and he got very angry at me for not being happy the with the finished product. His was raising his voice and smacking the list of paper in his hand that his boss had given him to fix. I walked away with my baby saying that i didn't need to put up with this and his aggressiveness and was going to call his boss. In the end i just wanted him out of my house. The patio was finished but still not to the standard as i was promised as i didn't want the worker at my house anymore i just rather finished the rest myself. I let my husband deal with the company after that.
