Went in today, to purchase, take a use vehicle for a test drive, an the person in charge of use car sales, Bradley some1? Had no interest what so ever of making a sale!!! His mannerisms come across rude, an wouldn't recommend him or the car sales yard to anyone looking for a used vehicle..

From Alfred & Tammy Strydom We were looking at Ford Rangers but not necessarily looking to purchase at the time. Went to Ford Wangara and saw a very nice Ranger but it had slightly more kilometers and an earlier model than one we saw at another dealer – advantage this one was black. We met Monika and she told us all about the vehicle and options available. We told her we were not looking at purchasing at the moment. She pulled out all the stops and made us a very good offer. I threw her a curve ball (or two) and asked to include some items in the package and we will consider, well she pulled the rabbit out of the hat. Monika made us (my wife and I) feel very welcome and we got the feeling she was looking after us and not as per the previous sales people we met on the day only looking at a sale. We decided to purchase and again she was wonderful in following up and helping us, nothing was too much and it was always with a smile. After collecting the Ranger, we had a problem, instead of palming us off to the next person she again did everything in her power to help us. The problem was resolved without getting into finger pointing and passing the blame – Monika again served us and made us the priority during the complete purchase and after sales experience. I have recommended Monika to two of my work colleagues looking at purchasing in the near future and will recommend her to anyone looking at purchasing a vehicle. GREAT work Monika you are a star
Booked a service like many times before with the loan car as the website assured me there was availability, got there there is not an available car so had to leave with car unserviced... ppl at front desk should look for another job as they clearly do not enjoy working there . I will Never take my ranger back there again as there's plenty others business willing to give customers a better service.
Finally after all these years l found a car dealership full of people with integrity. Thank you Donald for being an open and honest sales person. Car sales people could learn a thing or two about how to deal appropriately with customers from you. Thank you Kylie in finance for working so hard to get the finance over the line for me. And thank you Tegan for being pleasant and helpful with pre delivery. I recommend Nuford If you are in the market for a quality car and want to deal with decent people.
A great buying experience was had when I went into Nuford to test drive the 2016 XLS Ranger. So impressed I bought the car after the drive. Finance was very competitive and simple to arrange. I got a great deal on the accessories fitted , so I literally picked up the Ranger ready to go. Sales staff had great product knowledge and non pushy. Highly recommend you go to Nuford when your looking for your new car.
Had a scheduled service at Nuford. Was very pleased with the friendly and very professional customer service; their courtesy car was fabulous, they were fast so I could get back to work, they called to check before doing anything extra and the car was ready early. Really happy and looking forward to the next service with them as well

BUYER'S BEWARE Purchased a Tickford Ranger in Oct 2018 and only found out that in Sep 2020 its not registered with Tickford Australia. That means no warranty from Ford. Car was going into limp mode so Ford reset and wiped supposed upgrade. Will not re-install as not registered. Sent emails to Nu-Ford sales person who sold vehicle who was helpful at start but know no response.
