Krissie Westwood used to be my modelling agency. At first, it was a great introduction to modelling- learning to walk and pose with basic skincare and eddiquite classes. However, they push you a lot into doing casting- this is a very expensive additional service which you HAVE to do for them to put you forward for jobs. I never once got put forward for any job- in fact I only recall very few girls doing ‘free’ jobs across the years of me taking classes with the same group of girls (despite the fact that we had all done casting). I had friends who did casting, and then even worked for Krissie Westwood teaching younger classes at appallingly low wages (5 p/hour) because they were promised that they would be put forward as priority for paid jobs. This unfortunately did not happen. Other than that, the actual ladies who work for Krissie Westwood are extremely lovely and good at their job, but they should be working for another agency.
