I was supposed to have all Bradford Gold 5 batts installed and was home all day when the job was done. Only to find out later they ran out of the gold batts and installed a polyester 4 rating batt in its place for several square metres. They never told me about this at the time, I was told subsequently by another tradie who was up in the roof space the following week. When I contacted them about it there was no apology, just told that the replacement cost more so it shoud be fine as they were not charging me for it. That is not the case as I have subsequently checked with Bradford suppliers. So no I would not recommend as they should have told me, assume they thought I would not find out.

Good quality workmanship with a 15 year gaurantee and a fair price,came when they said they would....gotta be happy with that....! Thanks for a job well done Kath

Quoted for ceiling insulation & 2 whirlybirds. Quote was reasonable. Installed the next week. Happy with their work, quality of materials, and price. Would use them again.

We have been very impressed with InsulGuard from the outset. They were excellent to deal with, and quickly responded to our enquiries and presented a quote without hesitation. All the personnel that we dealt with were both professional and knowledgeable about their products. We were very impressed with the way the installers conducted themselves during the removal of the old spray insulation and the installation of the new product. It all went without a hitch. We had a mini tornado in Landsdale and the whirlybird blew off the roof and landed next door. Contacted Mike and came the next day. Once Mike got onto the roof he found a couple of roof tiles that had been blown out. No problem at all Mike replaced the missing and broken tiles at no cost. Brilliant, highly recommended, will defiantly call again if needed. Super impressed.
