Raspberry Quirky

Wasps around house. Child with allergy to wasps (anaphylactic risk). Called everyone in Perth to get some help finding and eliminating them (apparently finding them isn’t there job!? Fair enough?). ONLY company to agree to help and did a great job. A big thank you from a very relieved parent.

This company was great under the old owner. Flick Anticimex ruined it. They sent me their best technician to fail to apply the Focus to my bait stations for two years in a row. This is the most critical component of the Ensystex bait system and why it costs more than the others. Organising the bi-monthly inspections has been a total nightmare for the past year. They totally missed the February one, for which I paid so I'm being ripped off. They also forgot to let me know my contract id due for renewal, so I reminded them. They send me the contract, then I try to organise a day but no one replies. Manager asleep at the wheel. if you want to infuriate me even more, reply with some pathetic excuse why I'm being taken for a ride and ignored.
