Monique at Bosch Timber floors was able to help us select floors for our holiday house. She was also successful arranging the materials and fitting of our floors, north of Perth, and before Christmas so we could enjoy our fantastic new floors with family and friends over the festive season. Loving the hybrid floors that have dealt well with sand, water, dogs, toddlers and babies! Thanks Bosch we love our new holiday house flooring!

Choosing Bosch Timber Floor for the newly renovated areas (105m2) of our house was the best decision. The level of service provided by Monique at the Wangara showroom was exceptional. She guided us through the pro’s and con’s of all the options (wood type, hardwood vs engineered, widths, appearance, hardness) and provided samples to end up with the perfect solution (Engineered Spotted Gum with a brushed finish). The exceptional level of services didn’t finish at the point of sale, Monique arranged the delivery and provided updates through the installation. I cannot wait to deal with Bosch again in a few years when we will get the remaining 70m2 completed.

We stumbled on Bosch Flooring Wangara (good old Google) and now are the proud owners of an amazing Brushbox floor. Our first contact to the company was with Monique who was so helpful and spent alot of time with us showing and explaining their vast selection of types of woods, board sizes, the colours and different finishes in their large showroom. When we decided to go ahead. We were given a full itemised cost and a list of their selected few installers along with their qualifications and time spent in the industry and phone numbers of each incase we wanted to ask them any questions before Monique arranged our chosen installer and the schedule for the work. Rick was our installer for the main hallway, Kitchen, Dining and family room. and did an excellent job. we were so pleased with the result we decided to do the rear hallway and as Rick was going on holiday, Monique arranged more wood and another installer Matt all within 24hrs who also did an excellent job. what service!! We went for the satin water based finished this was done by Adam Belcher also recommended by Bosch flooring again great job!! Now the job is finished Monique is calling in to see our floor, with out a doubt we would thoughly recommend this company.

Would highly recommend Bosch Timber Floors to anyone considering having their floors done. This is the first time I have had hardwood floors and the service and advice, etc that I have received from Bosch in Wangara has been nothing short of excellent. In particular, Monique was always willing to help with any queries or concerns I had. She kept me well informed throughout the whole process and told me what to expect and when delivery would happen. Matt, the Installer, was friendly and very willing to also help however he could. His craftsmanship and pride in his work is second to none. Finally, Jimmy who completed the sanding and sealing who also carried out a great job. A sincere thank you to you all for your outstanding customer service. I will definitely use your services again in the future!

All staff I dealt with at Bosch were extremely helpful and did their best to make sure I was happy with my decision. This included going through the products, laying them out and explaining what the finished product would look like. The installer and sander they contracted did a great job and were also very helpful and willing to answer any questions I had. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend Bosch.
