I have been attending this practice for the last 30 years and would never consider going elsewhere. As a training practice many of the doctors are only there for a relatively short time, but every single doctor I have seen is a true professional, compassionate and understanding. True they often run behind, but that is mainly because patients like me cause them to do so. They give patients the time they need rather than being clock watchers. The girls in reception are equally as professional and you couldn't wish for a more polite, friendly and patient team.

The receptioniss are not professional and rude. One of the doctor has very poor time management and rushed things to try to catch up with schedule. One hour late for the appointment is usual for this place. Definitely not going back here to waste my time and money.

Excellent doctors, however staff are quite rude and impatient. Wish they would let you speak before cutting you off on basically any matter you discuss with them!
