If I could rate lower then 1 star I would! I went to Shell for a road worthy certificate for a car that I’ve had for 2.5 years in which they told me that the RWC had failed because my windscreen was full of sandblast damage (extensive chip damage over the entire screen) and that it wasn’t “drivable” and needed to be replaced. The owner Leo called me and was extremely aggressive and rude and told me that the screen needed to be replaced and that if I didn’t like it, to go get a road worthy somewhere else! And I did, and the screen didn’t need replacing at all following vicroads guidelines. Would hate to know how many other people they take advantage of! Very unhappy customer!

Over priced even with the discount dockets as is still doesn’t make it cheaper than others people should check it out instead of just thinking they get 4 cents a litre off, what a scam
