Customer service was exceptional as always. I was tended to by both Jennifer & Nicole, who were both a pleasure to have met. Good old fashion customer service at its finest from both these ladies. Such a dynamic duo. I won’t shop at any other store.

My mum would visit the Noosa store whenever her beloved loyal watch stopped over the years. I would most times accompany her to the Civic. She would always tell me about the lovely Nicole, who would always look after her precious watch. She was saddened the very last time she visited the store to learn that Nicole had moved on. What a lovely surprise to have seen Nicole in your store at the Sunshine Plaza. It brought back beautiful memories of my Mum. Such genuine care and wonderful customer service was always given to my Mum by Nicole. I see that service hasn’t changed and it was truely wonderful to see her smiling face. A precious gem to not only the store but to your whole company.

Have to share our great experience with Nicole from Wallace Bishop Maroochydore. We recently purchased a watch from a store in Brisbane during an unplanned shopping trip and had a minor cosmetic issue with the watch, not only did Nicole replace the watch promptly getting stock out of Brisbane but was very gracious and helpful throughout. The ladies who assisted me yesterday were extremely helpful. One in particular (I think her name was Jules) went above and beyond to be kind and helpful. Both ladies were flat out busy, but this didn’t change their excellent customer service. I haven’t had the best experience in the past, but these ladies have changed my mind, and I will be returning.

I bought a watch for my son just before Christmas, It was 100 less than a store (also at the Plaza). The lady who sold it to me was professional and friendly, about to go in to get the strap sized. Absolutely great service.

Please do not buy a TAG HEUER from this store I have been unlucky that my nearly 5000 watch needed repairing twice in the first 9 months so under guarantee, but their customer service is not acceptable . I have waited 4 weeks past my promised returned date ......their response is “ WE are not TAG HEUER so dont know when it will be returned ,we are just a agent ...” I will now have have to contact TAG HEUER direct to have any chance of getting my watch back...... This is seriously the worse customer service I have ever encountered

After many purchases over the years from Wallace Bishop including from this store it is definitely the last time I will ever spend a dollar there. After asking to clean a ring I purchased from you I was questioned about my care plan since when do you have to have a care plan to simply clean it for me.I have had many rings cleaned in the past no questions asked . Even better after you did take it from me and I return to 30 min after to collect my gents ring it is given back to me untouched unclean and still marked this is what you get for years of loyalty to a store. Poor service and a waste of time . Take my money else were when will they learn.

I had read the reviews and with some trepidation I went to Maroochy Plaza Wallace Bishop. The staff treated everybody politely and professionally. My experience with them was uplifting and pleasant. I would highly recommend this store.
