Never expected this pathetic service from the Wallace Bishop. I had given my watch for the shell replacement they told me you will get in a week after visiting a number of times they returned the watch after 2 months and after 2 days of wearing the waterproof has gone along with the compass. I don’t know what kind of service they have done. When I returned the watch one of the lady representatives is saying if you drench in the rain the water will go inside the watch. Where in the world this lady is talking senseless. How can a 200m Casio waterproof watch get water inside if you drench in the rain? Again after returning the watch its becoming 3 months still they are saying it's with Casio service and senseless talk. Such a bad service from the well-known brand and this shop is spoiling the name to the core. The next small shop next to them is giving better and quick service with far less price. I request the owner of this store to reply to this review and get my watch asap.

Stephen from WB is amazing. He is charismatic, funny, accommodating, helpful and well presented. I do not purchase jewellery anywhere else except WB Queens Plaza because of him. His customer service makes me feel like the most important and valued person in the world. If you are looking for a piece of jewellery, ask for Stephen to serve you, and you will be blown away by how much attention and care you are given.

Had a Tag watch taken in for repair, for the normal Tag price which was about 750. was supposed to be repaired by the appropriate person such as those watches are. It returned with the watch still wouldn't keep time. I ended up going to a different country to get it done. They found that they hadn't replaced any worn parts, scratched the internals and took the money without doing anything constructive. Will never go there again, very bad taste in the mouth.

Dropped my Citizen watch in to get a battery which they had to send away because of the back seal, after 2 weeks called them and was told there was a delay in getting the seal. A further 3 weeks went by, now told it requires repairs and glass replacement for a little under 400. I had already paid 65 for the "battery replacement" when I dropped it off and will now collect my watch in a couple of days. I regret setting foot in that store for watch repairs but will not make that same mistake again.

No stars. Took my Seiko watch in for a new crown repair. Was quoted 2 weeks and after a month I still do not have it. Called twice, unable to provide an update, walk in yesterday and they couldn't contact the workshop. Promised me a call back and guess what... no call back. Basic customer service is not difficult.
