Don't listen to the bad reviews, I went to the store today and had wonderful customer service from both the ladies working there. I picked up a beautiful gold chain at 50% off the retail price and when they didn't have the exact style of watch I was after they were happy to recommend a different store in the building, which says to me they care more about their customers rather than trying to sell them something they don't want for the sake of it. They also had a much better range of jewelery and watches available than the other jewellers in the complex. I recommend.

Received the best customer service this evening by a man named Steve, We came in at the last 30 minutes of the store being closed and he still made us feel like the priority. Was looking to buy some pearl stud earrings which were already at a very competitive price however, he also brought the price down and gave my current necklace a free polish!!! Would definitely recommend Wallace Bishop store at DFO if your looking for quality Jewelry at great prices.

DISGUSTING! Expierence Store completely messes up an order, cannot fix the issue, simply want a refund and told " we don't like to give refunds " Please educate yourself on consumer rights before shopping here!!!

The prices while still not cheaper when compared to what can be had online they are in the ball park and the major positive about purchasing from a place like Wallace bishop is you know that the warranty will be honoured in contrast to a purchase from eBay.
