Professional at every level. I used Proactive for the installation of a water bore on my property and couldn't be happier with the result. After contacting numerous other drilling contractors and receiving a mix of uninterested reactions to my project or being unable to answer the technical questions I had for them, I contacted Proactive drilling services and refreshingly was placed in direct contact with one of the owners, Ben. He couldn't of been more willing to help, was very generous with his time and was seemingly very knowledgeable, answering all of my questions. I was promptly sent what I believe was a very reasonable, no obligation quote. On acceptance of the quote I was scheduled in and emailed all details of when the drillers were turning up and what to expect. On the scheduled job day the drilling crew arrived almost to the minute when I was promised they would. The whole crew where friendly and courteous. They were also very respectful of our property and yard and went out of their way to minimise any impact their drill rig might have on our premises when operating. In the days after completion I also received personal contact from the owner to ensure I was happy with everything they had done for us. We are now enjoying the benefits of the extra water on our property and have great flow rates. Highly recommended!
