Lady was so friendly when she asked me what i needed...then proceeded to angrily and sarcastically answer me regarding "what I should have asked for" 45 year old lady with the ponytail and 50 pounds of makeup and a sarcastic voice, you know who you are. You may be depressed about your dead end job, but I needed your support and you barely delivered. Oh also the other workers are essentially zombies who desire the pay check and care little for the people's needs...

Very bad experience form staff bressa , very disappointed
The old lady that does P1 testing will try to find any way to fail you on the first round. My manoeuvres were 3 point o and kerb side stop, but at the end I also had to do a reverse park. She then proceeded to mark all 3 and used it to fail me when the instructor is only supposed to give and Mark 2 manoeuvres only. Massive scammer. The rest of the staff were great.
Worse parking, few parking spaces, small, hard to find location, poor signage. It's the least car friendly place and location.
Visit: 22/08/20 Space: This center has got sufficient counter to serve customers, however due to social distancing rules facing deficient and have to wait for 10-20 mins outside. Needs expansion with Wagga City council urban redevelopment plan. Staff: Friendly - Intermediate experience - Not all of the staffs are experienced, the requirement of documents for a process are not clear, which causes revisits by costumers and grief since people are coming from long distances. Need a common approach to a common man Website: Needs an update Car parks: Insufficient (Hack - Park in McDonald's and walk 2min) Overall: For a place like Wagga and with increasing migrant population this place definitely needs upgrade in all aspects to survive.
Helpful staff, practising covid guidelines, website should be updated to reflect accurate opening and closing due to covid
Dont bother calling local just goes to big city somewhere to be put on hold for an hour or more and then disconnected at knock off time.. typical government department
Don’t listen to all the nay sayers. Staff are super friendly; cases are generally resolved in a timely manner. Just got to make sure you have the proper paperwork.
