2 blinds and 2 awnings ordered. Paid for on 29/10/19. Last blind installed 09/02/20. Very poor communication from them. Multiple days arranged for no-show result. I won’t be on their books because they assumed my last name. Wouldn’t give them a star if that was an option.

Very disappointing experience for my parents who have had to wait over 12 weeks (and still waiting) for their blinds and there was no communication from management to keep them posted on what happening. It appears action only started happening after my mother wrote a letter wanting to know what was happening and demanding her money back. My siblings also rang the company to get some action.
