is has been the food experience we had been waiting for it did not disappoint. The service was like a well choreographed dance and as one dish finished the next experience awaited. Located on level 55 of the Rialto with amazing views, Vue De Monde is an amazing experience. All our dishes used fantastic, fresh Australian ingredients and the attention to detail and flavour combinations were the best we had ever had. So much attention to detail. An absolutely amazing experience and would recommend. A highlight for any foodie.

Superb experience. Line of food was immaculate. Did almost eat the decoration around the food a couple of times though :D Didn't really like the fresh seaweed that came with the food as decor because it smelt really strong. Staff were very friendly and warm though one was casually racist to me so a kind reminder to not reduce people of ethnic backgrounds to stereotypes. Will certainly go back for food, the lovely staff and beautiful view. 10/10

This is truly an amazing dining experience. From the front counter staff warmly welcoming you and guiding you right to the elevator, to the waiters and waitresses whose smiles, enthusiasm, attention to detail, and professionalism everything here is well executed clockwork and that's all before you even are seated. Once you are seated the staff are fantastically knowledgeable and proud of every single dish that comes out of the kitchen, from the starters to the mains and then desserts. Even though we did not choose a wine pairing option we could hear the sommeliers proudly explaining each wine that was presented and hearing the compliments from the guests shows that they really are the best at what they do. Finally the food itself is beyond words, the careful way in which each dish is prepared, presented and then thoughtfully explained to the diner is a thing of beauty. Some of the dishes will leave you scratching your head before tasting, but the balance of flavours is just next level. Without a shred of reservation I can honestly say there was not a single bad or even mediocre dish in the whole restaurant. Finally, a special thank you to the staff and especially the sous chef, whose name I have sadly forgotten, who provided my partner and I with a tour of the kitchen and the view deck, along with the chance to meet some of the hard-working chefs behind this masterpiece. This experience has been one of the greatest of my life and I hope that some day I shall return and sample this food again. To anyone who may look at the price and think that it is not worth it, I say that this is simply not true the whole dining experience was outstanding. If I could rate it more than 5 stars I would.

What can I say other than absolutely AMAZING?! My partner and I came over from Adelaide for a quick trip and I could not wait to dine here- and I left here absolutely blown away! Everything from the food to the service and the tour around the kitchen to meet the rest of the team was just the most perfect dining experience for my partner and I- I honestly wish I could rate higher than 5 stars! I’ve been to so many fine dining restaurants in Sydney and this has exceeded any place I have ever been to in my life! We cannot wait to come back here when we are next in Melbourne- you guys have created the most special memory in our minds that will last forever!! You guys are just absolute PERFECTION!

Carlos absolutely nailed the matching wines with each meal. His attention to detail and knowledge of wines and spirits was beyond impressive! culinary experience like I’ve never experienced before. Every dish was a masterpiece, the staff were attentive and professional, the attention to detail was impeccable, and despite the price it was excellent value for money Because of what goes on behind the scenes (12 chefs on duty, each specialising in their dish - all getting to work very early in the morning to create their masterpieces), chairs pulled in and out for you every time you get up or return, a little table placed next to your chair for keys, mobile phones etc. Do yourself a favour. Do this place. Save up. We knew it was going to be good, but it exceeded our expectations.

On arrival you are Escorted to an Entrance via a private lift to a magnificent view. of Melbournes beautiful sunset and night lights. A spacious room with large tables and staff happy to see you. A taste experience like no other with multiple courses. A wine and cheese selection and of course the dessert they are famous for. Treatment by staff from the start to the end is second to none. If you want 5 star service, a romantic location this is the place

Of all restaurants I love this most. I highly recommend it to my friends . Every time I feel like having a fair meal, this is the place that comes immediately to my mind. Superb and diverse food and a rich menu. Courteous crew, and great vibes.
