Purchased my XC60 in May 2019. Sales process was smooth except for the fact that they never transferred the registration of the vehicle to my name. I found out by being pulled over by the police 6 months later for driving an unregistered vehicle. I was given a hefty fine which the dealership promised me would be settled straight away and the registration transferred to me immediately. The registration was done and part of the fine was reimbursed. I am still chasing them for the second half. Wonderful vehicle but my Volvo experience has been ruined by a badly run business.

Having driven an XC-90 for a decade, I was a convert to the Volvo brand, but Steve and the team at Rushcutters Bay, never took that for granted. Nothing was too much trouble for Steve, who was personable and professional. No pressure sale. It was the best car-buying experience I’ve had. We love our XC-60 and want to thank Steve for the fantastic hand-over experience in the showroom and explaining its features so thoroughly.
