Buying my car from Jon at Volvo Cars Gold Coast was the best car purchasing experience I’ve ever had. From the first walk in through to vehicle delivery, Jon has been attentive, caring, helpful & a down to earth great sales guy. He helped me spec my car perfectly suited to my needs & taste. We built it up on the computer, sight unseen. After a few months waiting & regular updates of the progress along the way, it finally arrived & the car is even better in real life than I expected it. Jon took the time to go through every detail at handover, absolutely thorough & best handover I’ve ever had, even at the end of month amongst his busiest time. You can tell he is passionate & customer service is his top priority. I am so happy I made my purchase through Jon. I love my car & honestly can’t wipe the smile off my face. Would highly recommend anyone looking at buying a new Volvo... firstly do it, buy one, they are great cars & secondly go see Jon at Volvo Cars Gold Coast.

The staff onsite were rude, including the mechanic Daryl. They said my air con was broken and would need a replacement for 1233. Then I drove off and the air con was working again. I was offered a loan car, but not told when it needed to be returned and was not to know it was that day. They hounded me by leaving messages later that day and said I had to come back with the car asap because the car was fixed. I couldn't answer the phone and it was too late to drive there in peak hour traffic. I expect to be treated with more respect and courtesy for the money I was to be charged.
