Ordered a new Volvo XC40 Inscription January 2020 through Tony Farrell. Very happy with service etc when purchasing. I completely understand and have no issue with delivery delayed until June 2020 due to COVID-19. New salesperson Nick has promised twice to return my call or send details regarding the XC-40 and trade in. Did not return my call and when I chased him was told "sorry I forgot about you". During this conversation I was told he would send me some details the following day regarding trading my existing car. That was 3 weeks ago and again no details forth coming. Very disappointed with the service from the sales department post purchase.
