In my personal opinion, the staff is knowledgeable and patient. Although I had to wait for a bit to be served, I was highly satisfied the way they dealt with my simple enquiry that was made quite complex by 3 other stores. Alpha was very helpful and understanding and I got what I went in for. So, no complaints.

Friendly staff but they need a good system. First come first served is only fair. Maybe they are not aware but they should know what is going on in their office is not fair to save the person that came last first

Went in to avail of a new phone yesterday but the person who assisted me was more interested in making a bigger sale than providing me with what I needed. I knew she was holding out on some information from me and that suspicion was confirmed when she had to take a call and had to ask someone else to assist me, she went up to the other person and whispered something to her right in front of me. To give readers an idea, I was hoping to maintain a 60 plan while upgrading to a new phone. I only needed around 10gb of data a month as I only use it when I’m not at home or in the office. She offered me a 36 month plan, iPhone 8, THIRTY GB of data at 75 a month. True that it’s a nice deal but I don’t need that much data, she said that the lower deal would be just TWO GB. I ended up calling vodafone customer service, and got a plan that suits me perfectly. 36 month plan, iPhone 8, 15GB a month, at 60 (my budget)

Worst phone company ever. They didn't fix the problem I have, even though they told me they will fix it and put it to high priority. I don't understand why vodafone is so useless, I wish I could rate them zero star, they don't even deserve one star. After failing me twice I have no reason to believe whatever they say on the phone.

Went to store for warrenty repair on Samsung Note 3, its been 4 weeks and no one has no idea where the phone is, and store is hand balling me to customer care and Customer care is hand balling back to store. It appears someone from vodafone owes me a phone or a refund no one can help.
