Ongoing issues with customer service. Upgraded phone in Aug 2020 and bought insurance at the time. Unfortunately I smashed the screen recently and I when I submit a claim I am told the previous owner of store cancelled my insurance without my authority. Vodafone customer care advise me to return to store and they will rectify insurance so claim can be processed. Store assistant states they cannot reinstate insurance and then tries to get me to trade in my phone. Out of pocket expenses for trade in were almost 1k, cost of reinstating my insurance would have been 90...... walked away and now trying to resolve with Vodafone customer care. Been a loyal Vodafone customer for 20 years! Time to go to another provider if customer care do not provide solution to their error.

They will try to rip you off! Do your research before buying in store... I had a person try to throw in galaxy buds "for free" with my phone deal, but when the paperwork came they were listed as 99 over the term of the plan. When I asked them about this, they said they discounted 99 from the phone. I looked online at the phone on their website and that was not the case! They then removed the ear buds when I called them out and I was able to get the phone for the price online without earbuds that I did not want. They also signed me up for the phone insurance, which again I DID NOT WANT! I now have to manually opt out of this! I was also told that the price was X each month because of a discount, but it turns out this discount only lasts 12 months, which I was never told in store! Such dirty business tactics!!! Disgusting.

Excellent customer service!! Had no idea about phones or phone plans but Stewart the store manager made our experience selecting the right plan for both my husband and myself so easy and simple. Stewart you are a lovely young man, you had a smile from the time we walked in till the very last minute we walked out. Thank you for being so kind, patient and helpful. 10/10

I was nearing the end end of my plan with a different provider and decided to shop around for a better deal. I came across Vodafone in Tuggeranong and was dealing with the store manager, Stewart. He genuinely cared about my needs and helped me find a plan that was suited to my needs. This was one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had. Stewart was incredibly knowledgeable and very personable. Thank you for signing me up on a great plan!

Tricked me into buying a Vodaphone mobile phone for a certain plan and that plan was cancelled. When I explained that to them I was told "nobody makes you do anything". I thought to myself "no. I was a fool for not buying the one I went in for" and just left the store.
