I recently went their to upgrade my plan, the sales girl(asian) was acting like she was doing a favour to me by giving me the phone, it literally took more than 1 hour for her to do all the paper work, customers that came after me got free before me.i politely asked do you offer complimentary screen protectors?(I always got it from vodafone) She rudely said NO, you can get phone from wherever you get the protectors.And not to forget, first she said we don’t have in stock then after 15 mins it appeared in stock. I am sure she wouldn’t give me the phone if I hadn’t already booked everything online the night before.Other staff looked nice but this girl was so very rude and I felt extremely uncomfortable.
