Vodafone Ringwood in Eastland shopping centre is a fine & spacious Vodafone store. I visited with my friend for a new Apple iPhone, customer service is just fantastic. They explain everything so nicely about the plan and even I felt, the plan is cheaper than other service providers. If looking for Vodafone plan or confused, then it's a must visit store.

We need to clarify which store is which before we make comments here. This store I am commenting here is on the upper level in Eastland. It’s a very bad customer experience store out of many ones I have visited. The sales was trying to find 249 Apple earpods from a messy cabinet on the shop floor. He went into a locked room and grabbed two after he realised they were not kept on the shop floor. I therefore had to question the authenticity of the products and didn’t buy them because the way this shop treats its valuables for customers made me feel low and disappointing. I went to downstairs Vodafone retailer and asked a staff and I was told they received lots of complaints from clients upstairs. The upper level shop is even an official Vodafone shop. Shame!
