Every visit here has had a great outcome for me. Front footed, friendly welcoming staff from the moment you arrive. Martin, Rupert and the team all know their products inside and out, work hard to understand the customer's needs and make the right decision for them. I cannot praise Rupert enough for the time he spent with me working on the best combination of plans and my three devices. No question was made to feel silly. Terrific after service and happy to help with related technology questions. They also do a great promotion with a local business for related products with a 10% discount, all making a huge difference. Also high standards of cleanliness with phones and surfaces wiped down it seems every 30 minutes, ensuring COVID comfort. Best customer service. Recommend highly.
