Had my mobile with Telstra for almost 30 years, and when they finally shut down my grandfathered plan I couldn't get the advertised new plan because my number was "in the old system," and I'd have to activate a new sim and then transfer the number and it could take "a few days." Vodafone activated new account and ported number in 15 minutes. We've had issues with other Vodafone (dealer) stores, but the Chadstone store has given my wife good, professional service for over a decade.
