I have been singing with VMA since 2016 and I have benefited greatly on a personal and performative level. I undertake training as a vocalist that is holistic and effective. I’ve been able to perceive my own improvement as a vocalist and formalise this improvement through the undertaking of Trinity College exams. There is a great opportunity for both personal development and professional interaction at VMA including mentoring through Creative Generation State Schools on Stage. Overall VMA is a positive learning environment with a high quality of learning and standard of music.

Fantastic for singers of all ages, experiences and abilities. Since joining Vocal Manoeuvres Academy I have learned so much about music in general and ensemble singing in particular. Rehearsals are fun and productive. Other singers are so supportive ( and forgiving when I make my obvious mistakes!!). Repertoire ranges from beautiful sacred and classical pieces, through fun Broadway shows, modern popular, folk and other genres - there really is something for every singer. With VMA I have been lucky enough to perform in Brisbane's best venues and stunning overseas venues in a wide range of productions with some of the leaders in the entertainment industry. Musical Director Alison Rogers is unique in her ability to coach and draw the best out of every singer.
