I recently had to appoint VM Builders as the new builders to complete my house that has been left unfinished by Mega Homes. So far I have had a good experience dealing with Candice not only over the phone but having met her personally only this week. Candice was not only thorough but showed care and empathy and was prompt in her actions and my concerns were addressed.

I’ve had a really good experience with VM Builders. I am so happy with my wonderful home! Wally Mega is very friendly and work very hard to help his customers out every time. Now i am building my 2nd home with VM builders. I highly recommend VM Builders to anyone who looking to build a house as they always do the best to the customers.
Well since VM builders took over Mega homes there is nothing has been done. My house is 97% completed and all they needed to do is issue a certificate of occupancy and do the handover and set a settlement day but instead they delaying this process without any reason. When I signed the papers to transfer from Mega homes to VM builders. I was told that once I signed the transfers paper, they told me they gonna set me up for PCI inspection within two weeks, which is I already done it two months ago with Mega homes. Now it has been 3 weeks since I signed the transfers papers and I'm not sure where or when this miserable scenario is gona end!!. Yesterday I called VM builders to ask about any updates on my property but the person who answered the phone had no idea at all and that person told me to go mega homes office and find someone there who can help me. To John Marsh I've had similar experiences with this dodgy Builders whom are still allowed to run their business. I hope they go into liquidation just like their previous Company Mega Homes. I would like to strongly recommend you that you get a plumber or a Gas specialist to do a pressure test to detect any leakage of your Gas to safe your life and your family. I had a Gas leakage of my heating and cooling unit inside the roof. I didn't notice this till oneday I hired someone to install a security cameras for me and he smelt a Gas and didn't know where exactly that smell was coming from. I called RACV to Send me a Gas specialist to do a pressure test. The Gas specialist came to do the test and he found out where was the leakage coming from, and it was the gas pipes not tighten enough and the other Gas pipe was poorly fitted. I also recommend you that you get yourself/ Someone to the roof to see if there are any cracked roof tails to avoid getting water inside the roof. The same dodgy Builders who built my house are also built your house.
