If there was a 0, that's what I would rate this place, over the Christmas period I went in there to get a snowglobe which has light, I asked the young boy working there to reach it for me from the top shelf and was asking him questions about it, then the owner of the store a tall, thin Asian man told him to hurry up and serve on the register, I thought that was so rude of him to speak to that boy like that and he was in the middle of serving me, I haven't been back there since then

Worst service ever. If you query why and item is scanning differently to what is on the price sticker they grunt at you. Literally grunt. They also guess the price of things if no sticker depending on their mood. I’ve bought the same thing twice on different days. Each time a different price. Horrible place.
Great place to shop for those unusual items. An absolute Aladdin's Cave at Christmas time !!!
I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS SHOP FOR THE FOLLOWING REASON. I bought an alarm clock, unfortunately the hour hand was lose and hanging vertical to 6. After arguing for 30 minutes, Vivid only agreed to swap it but refused to refund. My bad luck, I couldn't find the way to have that second alarm clock ringing. I went back to Vivid asking "How do you make this alarm clock ring?" The shop assistant answered. -This alarm clock is not supposed to ring. - Why is it called ALARM CLOCK if the alarm does not ring? Then I would like an exchange or a refund. - No, no exchange. We already exchanged it once. - Then refund me. - No we can't, you don't have the box. - The first one didn't have a box, same for the second one, they were sitting on the shelve. Please refund me. - I told you, no, there is nothing we can do for you. - Yes there is something you can do for me, it is to refund me. - No we cant you don have the docket. -Yes I have the docket here it is. (handing her the docket) - No we cant refund you you damaged it. Getting a bit laud I asked: - How many more different excuses will you have? I am asking you again to refund that alarm clock as it doesn't do what it is supposed to do. - No we will not you damaged it. Now we are calling security. -Yes please call security. As the security enter the shop, the male shop assistant said: Ok ok, we will refund you. They refund me the full amount without apologies
Cheap imported things that don't last but as they're so cheap, you can't complain
WOULD NOT SHOP HERE!!! They wouldn’t know what customer service was if it hit them in the face they don’t even acknowledge the customer and just grunt when you ask a question... very unhelpful. Also the prices are all in the incorrect spots and when you question it they grunt and say "no it’s not that item”even though the description is the same..
