I have been dealing with Vivad over the past 14 years after becoming dissatisfied with poor customer service received from similar print suppliers. After discovering Vivad, I was impressed by Ewen Donaldson, the owner, who treated my sign company as a valued customer, and set up a special page on his website, specifically for our products, to make ordering a totally seamless operation. More specifically, the turnaround speed of these orders, and the value for money pricing, blew me away, to the point I ceased dealing with any other supplier. Vivad quickly became our single supplier of banners, flags and similar media. Ewen soon became more than a supplier; he became a trusted friend. When I changed employment, I quickly picked Vivad back up again, and they have continued to meet our growing needs, and now supply the company I have been with (until my recent retirement) on a national basis. I highly commend Vivad as being fantastic to deal with, providing the best customer service proposition and the best value prices anywhere in Australia.
