Just bought a piano from these guys. Was asked if I wanted delivery for an extra 80. Yes please. Only informed me after I'd paid that delivery was ground floor only. "So your guy is going to just leave an 80kg piano at the front door of my apartment building?" "...Yes". I couldn't quite believe my ears... this is a premium product I'd just bought, at great expense. They get a 2nd star because at least they reimbursed me the 80 after I demanded that they do so (I had to organise for pickup/delivery via Airtasker). Their lack of transparency on this issue was really poor though.

Terrible service and rip off prices. The place does not have any reference prices written on the piano so they come up with a much higher price (depending on how much you know about piano values), they rip you off with high prices and the salesperson was not polite and respectful. They say they are professional and assume that the buyer knows little about pianos. Very bad experience so I do not recommend visiting.

Great friendly service, even helped us to fit the piano in our tiny car! Prices are likely not the cheapest but for what we were looking for we got a decent price and good service.

I would like to thank Anthony at the Underwood store who showed a genuine interest in making sure i chose the correct amplifier for my needs and suitability. A really nice guy and not just interested in making sales but also providing exceptional customer service and sound advice (that's funny)

Terrible service, just went to look for a baby grand piano and the lady there was so rude, never looked me at the face, was on the phone the time I was there speaking in foreign language, pointed at a piano for me to look, and I explained I need it help and she just told me she need to do something at the back and that was not a good moment to give me the information I need, didn't gave me options of waiting or anything, just without looking at me the complete conversation even tho she was standing in front of me, she just went to the back storage area and told me to leave. really bad customer service, very disappointed. will never ever go back there and will spread the word a how bad service they have.

Service was prompt and they were very informative on the pianos, the man was extremely nice and even helped to place the piano in our car, which was not an easy task and took over 15 minutes. 10/10
