I did a lot of online research before making my purchase of a digital piano and was delighted to find Vivace Music on my doorstep! Their service was superb and delivered everything they promised on time. I'm delighted with the Kawai DG30 I bought from them. The sound quality and look of the instrument is amazing. Initially I was happy with the service as they held a guitar and amp for me, I bought the guitar it was having tuning issues I took it to the store she told me there was no refunds as they had to get tech to look at it, it was an afterpay item so really they had to do the refund as it's managed they afterpay so I'm not very impressed

Terrible communication and service considering the amount of money I have spent. I placed an order with the item showing in stock for collection, was told it would need to be sent from Sydney, it’s been over a week now with no communication. I’ve tried phoning your store several times with no success. I’m now trying to get a refund.

Some of the worst communication from an online store I've ever had. I bought a digital piano through their online store on 18/8/20, I knew from other online stores that the item was likely on backorder and expected significant delays. I emailed the online team on 24/8/2020 to enquire how long the delay would be and received no response. I contacted the company again through the enquiry form on the website and again received no response. I contacted the company a third time via email on 4/9/2020 and yet again received no response. On 8/9/2020 I called the store to enquire about the delay and the lady on the phone told me she would contact the online team and call me back however I did not receive a call back. I phoned again the next day and a different lady answered and simply said she couldn't help me and I should call the other store. I attempted to call the other store numerous times and the phone was never answered. I finally managed to get a response from someone using Facebook Messenger on 9/9 and I asked for a refund. I was told on Facebook Messenger on 11/9 that the refund would take 2 working days to process. After not receiving the refund through I contacted them again via messenger on 17/9 and 21/9 with no response. I have taken my complaint through PayPal to hopefully get my money back that way. Would not recommend using this company online to any person. They have taken nearly 2000 of my money and have not been able to even respond to an email enquiry.
