Incredible customer service - urgently needed medical supplies delivered and couldn’t even get a call back from some other suppliers, but vital medical supplies got back immediately and had it easily sorted within minutes. Even though I had a very small turnaround time to have it delivered they made sure it got there on time and even called me late on a Friday afternoon just to make sure it had arrived. Extremely impressed, will definitely shop here again :)

We have not received our order although we ordered on24/02/21(got confirmation emailed) , today 10/03/21 I call Vital Medical supplies and I am told the good had been returned to Warehouse on 26/02/21,no email from vital med, I am still waiting for the Vital medical team to call me back to let me know what is going on . very disappointed
I have dealings with Helen Koveos at least twice a week and have found Helen to be incredibly helpful and personable. Nothing is too difficult for her and she is prompt in returning emails. Five star rating for Helen is well deserved.
