I have never dealt with such a useless, unprofessional and unorganized company. The first quote i received had the wrong products listed so the consultant returned again to fix the quote and redid his measurements which he realised were also wrong. He then sent me another quote which was wrong again! I've been chasing up a corrected quote, but after weeks of calling, emailing and texting, i'm yet to hear back. Massive waste of time and energy.

Based on my personal experience this company is not even worth a rating but unfortunately the Post button does not come up unless I do! I ordered blinds in April and paid the full payment up front to guarantee my blinds would be installed no later that 23/04. Needless to say I am still waiting. After making my payment I emailed the confirmation from my bank to them with a message to confirm the install was agreed to no later than 23rd. When I had not received a call re installation the week before this I called them only to be told they had no record of items in their new system. After agreeing to continue with the order rather than a refund (which when I first requested they told me was not going to be possible!) and told the order would be rushed, I I find myself another 4 weeks out and still no blinds installed. I left numerous messages last week which nobody bothered to return even though their message says someone will be sure to return my call. I finally got someone today rather than a recorded message only to be told they should be arriving next week. To add insult to injury as I am no longer on holidays and told them when this fiasco first started that they would need to be installed on a Saturday, I requested that they hold a slot for me next Saturday due to their imminent arrival to which I was told this was not possible as they can only book installations once the goods arrive! I have wasted so much time and energy chasing this up when they should have been keeping me updated and going out of their way to make this right. I would not recommend this company to anybody.
The blinds were very good, and fitted well. My expensive curtains were not, theyvwere not made long enough, the fitter said he would come back, after a few callsover time I gave up. curtains
They are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction, and are very proactive in communications and interactions with their clients! I feel confident recommending them to anybody seeking new window treatments!
On reading some of the negative reviews posted I was a little hesitant to go back to Vista, but previous dealings over the years had always been good and I knew where they were so I thought I would go back to their Joondalup store. Plenty of parking out front was a good sign combined with friendly helpful staff who attended to my needs confirmed my previous opinion that this is a good operation that provides a great product and customer service.
Great customer service, awesome products. Definitely will come back for more blinds.

I find it unacceptable for a company to sell a product that is fraying and not offer a heat sealing solution. My panel blinds are fraying and I paid a lot of money for them. I’m very disappointed. Another company offered to heat seal them for me. All good for one company to do so but not the suppliers. Shame
