If you are after a seriously amazing escape from reality then look no further than Viroga Health Spa. I had a relaxing body massage and the experience was incredible. The spa reminded me of being a day spa in Bali or Thailand and had me leaving feeling completely blissed out. The best recommendation I can give is that I saw some friends straight afterwards and they told me I looked like I'd been on holidays for a month....

Viroga is like an oasis for me. The space is so calm and inviting, as are the teachers. I have done several classes including pregnancy and baby yoga with Pamela. My son did the kids course with the Annie. I think I have been going to Viroga on and off for 10 years now and can honestly say it has had really positive impacts on my body and my mind. Renee has a really special way of just making the day melt away. Don't change a thing!
Today I attended Caroline's Alignment Yoga for the first time! Absolute peach of a lady, down to earth and very easy to follow! Caroline session was both educational with an element of fun! Highly recommend this class to beginners or experienced yogis! The setting is also fabulous and very peaceful. Like an old restored barn! All that was missing was some line dancing and maybe an old style bush band!
