The Dawson stick or pole is the best, in my view, way to get in and out of bed. A bit hard to find but worth it. Other aids are generally less stable and single sticks are hopeless. We have two Dawson poles, one for me after knee surgery and a permanent one for my husband for balance and back issues.

Today I went to think mobility looking for assistance for a item for my husband. There were a number of team members behind the counter on the phone etc. Another was helping a couple, I waited to be served, not once did any of the team acknowledge me. The manager came out of his office a couple of times, still no acknowledgement. I had been waiting for about 10 minutes, one of the team members looked to be training another, whilst walking to the end of counter to eat from box. I was standing about a metre away, still no acknowledgement. When the staff member had finished I expected to be severed next. A couple walked in walked up through the store a guy came out from the back Asked them how could he help. The manager came out of his office again I had had enough I spoke to him he kept on walking, I then followed him out of the store as I was getting in my car saying to my husband no customer service in there. Now he wanted to offer assistance no thanks. Too late.

Very prompt service and postage just prior to Christmas when we were warned that postage would be slower. Great product and my 88 year old parents love their Uccello Tipping Kettle as it makes life so much easier given they both have arthritic hands
I received the tablet containers in a very timely fashion and I am very happy with them also.
