These guys really have improved in customer service. I dealt with a relatively new team member named Art, and he was absolutely great. None of the awkward sales pressure, happy to spend the time and never made me feel rushed. Great to see new energy in this shop

Amazing service! Joel was absolutely incredible and provided great communication while we waited for our new KTM 50 SC Factory 2021 to arrive ! He made the effort to provide me updates and even sent me photos fresh in the box shortly after arrival and then pictures when it was freshly built and ready for pickup! Everyone was organised on pickup, met us at the front and took us through to purchase! Such an easy process and will happily purchase our next upgrade from this store next time! Highly recommend Thanks Again - The Storm Family!

Terrible customer service! Made appointment to have bike serviced a week ago and told to drop off for 8.30am, did that. Told bike would be ready around 2. Arrive back at 2.30pm only to be told my bike wasn't ready and not only was it not ready, it hadn't even been touched, still parked where I left it that morning. Guy on reception said half the bikes that we're booked in for service that day weren't done as only apprentices on. Why didn't I even get a phone call to advise of delay? Whole day wasted hanging around for something I could only presume was being actioned. Very disappointing and will not return I also note a lot of customers with unsatisfactory reviews don't get a reply. Well unlucky for your business, I'm a member of a KTM riders club and not one of my co ktm mates will be attending your business from now on

MEH service. Drove from across town to pick up a helmet. By the time I got there, they just handed me the item and asked for the money. No box, no documentation, and the helmet carry bag was an afterthought. Not even proper clean for a big ticket item. Questions about the product were not answere. Good place only if it is a last option.

Purchased a second hand bike from TeamMoto. Nothing but positive things to say. Joel was exceptional, answered all my questions and was very friendly and not pushy in any way. He organised freight from QLD to Mid north coast in under a week. Bike arrived in perfect condition. They also assisted me with accessories (Oggy knobs). Highly recommend these guys for purchasing a second hand vehicle if your interstate you will not be dissapointed! Ill be back for my next bike for sure.

One of the bigger motorcycle shops around with a fairly extensive range of bike makes and models. The retail shop has a great range of gear too.

this is part of what i experienced on saturday: The sales staff member came back to inform me that without purchasing one of the secondhand bikes I was unable to test ride one. I asked why He repeated his statement then informed me that he had others to serve in the next show room. I asked again since I had booked a test ride what was happening with that He said without purchase there would be no test ride. Then he left. Now what kind of service is that? Is this standard procedure for booking a test ride that first you need to purchase the bike then test it?
