Amazing & at fantastic price! We’d purchased x 4 new ninja gyms equipments from Peppertown for Lihir International School in Papua New Guinea . We are so glad we did & very happy with how it turn out. It’s great quality, design, excellent customer service & price. Hamish was always so helpful and really wonderful to work with. He help us coordinate with our warehouse in Brisbane and ship it out Lihir Island. He dose go above and beyond. Thank You . Highly recommended!!

We purchased a skyfort from Peppertown after making several visits there, as it was an expensive purchase and we wanted to get it right. Over those visits I checked with the saleslady several times about the colour of canopy we would be getting - telling her that the dark blue and white canopy was our choice (because the playground was for the front garden and the blue matches our front door). Each time, I pointed to the canopy we wanted and asked if that is the colour we'd be getting, and was told yes it was. On the day we bought the skyfort I checked again, and the last thing I said to the salesperson was to please make sure that we received the colour canopy we'd chosen. On the day the play equipment was delivered and erected I saw that they had mistakenly sent a white and turquoise canopy. The men phoned the shop for me and was told to erect that one and they would sort it out later. Since then I have phoned and emailed the shop repeatedly, and been told repeatedly that someone would get back to me, but the mistake has not been corrected. I have been told that we can have the dark blue and white canopy if we pay an extra 160! Obviously a mistake has been made, but it's not our mistake and it needs to be corrected by Peppertown. We've been very disappointed by this service and would like the owner to rectify the mistake asap please!
Worst customer service I have experienced by a senior sales person in a long time. Will not be giving them any more business.
I purchased a Frontier 400. It was delivered kit set ready for my BUILDER and draughtsman to set up. My builder layed out all the pieces ,screws etc as per the instructions and took photos to show the manager that there are missing screws, missing timber piece and when set up the roof does not align correctly.I wish I had taken my builder with me when I purchased it as he would have told me not too.I would like the manager to come see the end result because they argued with my builder when he went down to Peppertown to get replacement pieces.They used the old excuse of....that's never happened before....but it definitely is an issue and the quality I expected from. Such an expensive purchase Is VERY POR.Dont buy it !!!!!I want the manager to provide the missing timber piece and credit us back 203% due to the missing pieces and time wasted going back to Peppertown for the replacement parts.
