Customer experience is important because people buy service and product by references. We are experiencing terrible service from this builder. No response and no direct access is available. etc, This message is one of last method to reach them or expect return call. Totally IRRESPONSIBLE and there is ONLY their way. Total disaster and if you plan to build house with them. Good luck. Changing on site manager and changing supervisor with no explanation and even notice. We noticed by automatic email return. They only call us when they need only !!! I am now fighting for this disgusted thing

Four years ago we built with McCarthy homes, recently a small problem came up, the maintenance staff dealt with the problem without question, with efficiency and care. We love our home and would highly recommend this builder. They have been most professional in all aspects from the design stage to the build and now to the after care.
