I received a quote from Higgins Insulation. I was ready to book the job but I had some questions first to see if I could get a price on a better R rating. Andrew who emailed me the quote did not respond to my queries or to my follow up email. I don't think I could book the job even if I wanted to because of the poor communication. Why even come out to do the quote? Waste of time for everyone involved.
