Absolutely hopeless... Contacted them and the person spoke to gave us different prices etc. then shown on internet site and then advised the company via email this and also different information in relation to the installing of a lift an an 'approximate' price. Advised need someone to come to house and do a FULL EXACT QUOTE so we could compare with other companies and complained about this price difference and they advised that person would be in contact with me for quote etc. WELL no contact ... 2 weeks ago. SO if you do not quote you can't get the work and have gone with another company who quoted and attended within 2 days... Try ResiLift far better with service and price, and better range of lifts. AND the reply blaming Virus ... RUBBISH .. other lift company attended and quoted and we are going with them ... missed the boat.

I purchased an Easylift through Direct Lifts. It has been an excellent product. Miki Paklar supported me from the first phone inquiry right through to the delivery. Miki gave up to date information throughout the whole process, he was always professional and available to talk through any questions I had. It was so great having one person to work with rather than having to communicate with lots of different people. I am so happy with the purchase and service provided by direct lifts and would recommend them to anyone.
A big Thank you to Christian Sanby and his team at Direct Lifts and in particular Erik and Kristian who did the installation. Always on time, curtious, and very professional In all aspects of their work. Nothing was too much for Erik. They obviously believe in the mantra that the work is not finished till the cleaning is done so at the end of each day‘s work, everything was tidied and left clean. We knew what we wanted in a lift. We wanted the Smart Look of a commercial lift in a domestic environment and to that end chose the “Suite VerticalLift” and is everything we asked for. We added a few extras and this gave the lift, a look of elegance. Christian worked closely with our architect so the lift would suit our “Queenslander Home” All in all a good buying experience with “DIRECT LIFTS” We would not hesitate in our recommendation of Direct Lifts to our friends.
