DO NOT USE. I have comprehensive. Been over a month that they've had my car after a small prang and still waiting. No one has ever called me back in regards to any part of my claim. I have to chase up both the different sections of their company and the mechanic they used. Deplorable.

High Flyer card, states you will have 2 lounge access passes attached to your velocity account. Upon arrival at lounge said there are no passes attached. Called virgin money to ask why. Couldn’t help and said she will credit cost of lounge access to my account so I could purchase. No such credit has arrived in my account. Liars!!!!!
I have recently received my Virgin Money high flyer credit card and I am very pleased with the service provided. It is very competitive on rates and benefits compared to all the credit cards available out there.
Probably the worst financial institution I have ever dealt with. Not PCID compliant, terrible customer service, call centre is located in Tunisia so who knows what privacy rules they use. Virgin points are not worth the hassle of this card
Put through a balance transfer application for me knowing full well there would be no possibility of it being able to happen due to two of the cards being in my wife's name... was promised a call back... never happened. Called them back a couple weeks later to follow up, was promised a call back... never happend. Uneducated staff with no intentions of helping you other than to palm you off to the next telemarketer like help... if that's what you'd class it as. Very annoyed and disgusted as I have waisted countless hours of my life obtaining documents to process the application which was inevitably going to be declined due to poor staff skills and knowledge. 0/10 and that's being kind.
