I have been a Virgin Mobile customer for years now, and I have always used this location as my base of operations. I have never had any trouble with the staff or there quality or service. I would encourage other to go to this location if they every have any questions pertaining to their mobile service.

Overall super friendly staff, they just don't seem to be up to date with phone software/features (they argued that my phone couldn't use NFC to pay via the Netbank app when I had literally used it ten minutes prior, haha) which is kind of essential in the industry.
I have been with Virgin a number of years now, at first the service was excellent. However for the last 4/5 bills it has been going up and up. I was in contact with a gentleman named Sameer who was vry helpful and sorted it out twice. Unfortunately the same thing is happening again and the bill keeps rising. As an 84yr old I could only take out a plan at a cost of 40 now i have just received my bill and it is 57. I have tried getting in touch with Sameer again but it seems his Tel' number has changed. Can someone please sort this out for me and hopefully permanant. Regards Margaret
