Always had a great flying experience with Virgin. Our recent flight from Sydney to Brisbane in business class was excellent. A special mention to Nick for his hospitality. Great, friendly service. The Virgin lounge in Sydney is a great place to relax before a flight. Good selection of food and drinks and comfortable seating. Really appreciated the premium entry into the lounge to avoid the airport dramas. Thanks Virgin Australia for making our trip home a memorable one.

I recently flew to LAX from Brisbane with Virgin Australia. I absolutely loved this airline. I love the Virgin brand particularly. The planes are modern and the staff are super cool. The food menu in business class is top notch. Plenty of choice. The seats spread out and into a bed. Your bed is made for you when your ready to rest. The gallery is also great. I can definitely recommend this airline
Spent nearly 3000 on flights in January going to Tasmania. Just received an email that the flight has been cancelled and there is no credit being offered. Basically tough luck. What a joke. Don't ever use this company again. AVOID AVOID AVOID. I will be reversing the transaction through my credit card but not going to hold my breath. Thanks Virgin. Looks like we are stuck with Qantas.
50 flights in 3 years on my account, 50 good experiences. Every team member has the 'yes' attitude. The service offered on virgin flights is unmatched with any airline. Their receptions staff, cabin crew and comedic captains making flying an amazing experience. The experience offered on the unfortunate times I've had to fly Qantas were horrific, Monday being one of the worst experiences i have ever had. I have flown With Virgin to Bali, Singapore, NZ Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and their partner airlines on business long haul. I would rather not travel if I couldn't fly with Virgin, that's how highly I rate this airline and how much I despise the others. I fly VA regularly (Platinum FF) and have never had any major issues. Yes, there are occasional delays due to weather or a passenger running late at a prior airport, or a cancellation or two due to maintenance issues - but it's not the end of the world. J class food is great, as are the seats (lie flat beds) if you're lucky enough to get an Airbus coast to coast or similar. Great lounges, friendly staff and fantastic points earn & redemption opportunities. I love using points to upgrade, too - especially on overseas flights with partners such as SIA from economy to premium, or business. Great to fly with!
If I could rate 0 stars I would. Flights have been cancelled due to Corona virus and lockdown so can't travel anymore and they won't give me a refund for the flights that I can no longer use. Absolute joke
Velocity points halved in value!!! I won't fly with them ever again! Bad luck about your jobs as you deserve it for providing poor returns, halving point value. Welcome to life on Centrelink payments you poor privileged people. Don't complain as that is how you treat people on disability pensions. Now we get to label you as bludgers!!!! Karma!
